This compilation features 10 rare tracks from Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, showcasing a rich tapestry of sound that blends disco-funk grooves, infectious city pop melodies, and psychedelic synth layers, all reflecting the region’s dynamic cultural evolution. It will be available on vinyl from October 25 and digitally from November 8.

Curated by Alice Whittington aka Norsicaa, this release is deeply personal, drawing from her Malaysian heritage and extensive record collection. Each track encapsulates the energetic spirit of Southeast Asia’s nightlife during a transformative era, where local artists blended traditional influences with global trends, resulting in a unique sound that resonated with audiences.
